CAD Design and Drafting
3 years experience in computer drafting of mechanical parts with intimate knowledge of AutoCAD 98 and newer features. Operating IBM PC-compatible computers, with Windows OS in a network environment. Read and interpret blueprints in both metric and standard, and convert freely between the two. Able to properly dimension parts for manufacturing including specifying tolerances.
Prior work in the food processing industry as a designer or 3-D tool & die or mold machining experience is a plus. Must have A.A. degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering or related field.

CAM Programming
3 years experience in CAM programming with intimate knowledge of MasterCAM 7 and newer versions. Operating IBM PC-compatible computers, with Windows OS in a network environment. Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds and speeds to machine precision metal and plastic parts. Ability to read blueprints in both metric and standard, and to convert freely between the two. 3-D tool & die, or 4 axes machining experience is a plus. H.S. diploma required.

CNC Programming
5 years experience as a tool & die or mold maker proficient in shop math, with strong geometry and trigonometry skills. Ability to read blueprints in both metric and standard, and to convert freely between the two. Ability to write computer programs in CNC language or in high level languages such as C, Pascal or Basic. Flow control, computation functions and parametric programming is a plus. Experience in CNC mills setup, and testing and running part programs. Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds and speeds, and machining precision metal and plastic parts. H.S. diploma required.

Mill Machining
3 years experience as a manual and CNC mill machinist. Efficiently operate manual mills, with or without digital readout, to precisely machine parts. Able to set up CNC mills, and to test and run part programs. Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds and speeds, machining precision metal and plastic parts. Ability to read blueprints in both metric and standard, and to convert freely between the two. Have working knowledge of shop math and able to use a calculator with trig functions. Must possess a complete set of machinist tools and measuring instruments. H.S. diploma required.

Lathe Machining
3 years experience as a manual and CNC lathe machinist. Efficiently operate manual lathes with or without digital readout to precisely turn parts. Able to set up CNC lathes, and to test and run part programs. Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds and speeds, and turning precision metal and plastic parts. Ability to read blueprints in both metric and standard, and to convert freely between the two. Have working knowledge of shop math and able to use a calculator with trig functions. Must possess a complete set of machinist tools and measuring instruments. H.S. diploma required.

Quality Control
5 years experience as a quality control inspector with S.P.C. knowledge. Ability to read and interpret blueprints in both metric and standard, and to convert freely between the two. Have working knowledge of shop math and able to use a calculator with trig functions. Intimate knowledge of the usage of measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, precision ground pins and blocks, and height gauges. Produce professional reports and interpret results of measurements. Ability to operate a Zeiss coordinate measuring machine is a plus. H.S. diploma required.
